Spec mansions top LA’s $94M in signed contracts
Bel-Air contemporary listed for $16M looks out onto Stone Canyon reservoir. Two newly built spec homes were the top properties to go into contract in Los Angeles County last week, based on listing price. The No. 1 signed contract was 2180 Stradella Road in Bel-Air, which is asking $16.5 million.
