Bob Skibinski, born and raised on the East Coast, ran track at the University of Massachusetts, where he held the high jump record for almost 20 years. Upon graduation, he decided to chase the sunshine to California.

Bob started his career in commercial financing sales in 1992, where he flourished in customer acquisition and management, while creating a unique niche in the entertainment industry. He founded Taycor Financial in 1994 and in 2002 was recognized, by Inc Magazine, as the 18th Fastest Growing Private Company in the US.

Today, Skibinski, a state licensed General Contractor, boasts over 15 years of expertise in Speculative and Custom Home Design and Development across the West Los Angeles area. “I don’t want people to hire us because we can do the work in a timely manner; I want people to hire us because we are the best at what we do. It’s one masterpiece at a time,” Skibinski says.
